July 2nd - 3rd, the GFOC choir and the Chosen Vessel Praise Dance Ministry will have all night rehearsal. We will eat, sing, dance and enjoy the Lord and fellowship throughout the night.
Please join the GFOC church family in our Corporate Fast on Wednesday, July 7th. Pastor Zeigler invites all who are able to be in prayer with us until 3pm or at least until 12pm.
It's time for our Mid-Year Consecration. The fast dates are July 7th - July 27th. Please adhere to the following schedule during the fast. As always, we are asking you to use wisdom. Pastor Zeigler has asked us to give up fried foods during our 21 day fast. During this time we will be asking God to search us, and we want to draw us closer to Him. July 7th - July 13th, please fast from 12:00AM - 12:00 Noon. July 14th - July 20th, please fast from 12:00AM - 3:00PM. July 21st - July 27th, please fast from 12:00AM - 6:00PM. Please remember to drink plenty of water as your fasting. We are believing God for miracles, signs, and wonders during and after the fast. Please join us every Wednesday Night for an awesome Bible Study starting at 7:30pm. Currently we are studying a series titled, "Training For Service." We are learning so much. Come and be trained and be blessed.
Please mark your calendar; we will have choir rehearsal Fridays at 7:00pm during the summer months. If you would like to join the choir, please contact Brother Edward Gresham, minister of music.
The Chosen Vessel Praise Dance Team will have rehearsal on Mondays during the summer months from 7:00pm-9:00pm. For more information about joining our praise dance team, please call the church and leave a message for Sis. Victoria.
GFOC's monthly OUTREACH will be on Friday, July 16th at 8:00pm . We will take the gospel to the streets again. We have been commissioned to spread the Gospel of Jesus to this dying world. Please join us we go out in compel men and women to give their lives to the Lord. It is our desire to "Reach The Masses for Jesus Christ."
Pastor has officially declared every 3rd Sunday as "Dressed Down Sunday". Everyone is encouraged to wear their red GFOC tee shirt or a red shirt with jeans or casual slacks for men and jean skirts or other casual skirt for the ladies. Our next Dress Down Sunday is July 18th.
Bowling! Bowling! Bowling! We will go bowling on Sunday evening, July 18th. Please join us at Terrace Sports at 6:00pm located at 5311 Busch Boulevard.
We will be having Friday Night Fellowship on Friday, July 23rd. Service will start at 7:30pm. Please join us for the Word, Fellowship, and Food.
